步步自然艺术馆是一家带着孩子和家长在自然中探索科学和艺术的教育机构。品牌来源于创始人作为父亲带着孩子们学习和创作的初心，因而有了“baba（爸爸）”的元素。后经合理犯规建议将"baba"重新理解为“步步”，表达一步一步探索世界，借此放大品牌的内涵。标志采用阶梯、高地的意向，代表持续探索，越高越远。合理犯规将品牌标志和字标设计成一套可变字体，根据应用需求场景适配不同的长宽比例，亦呼应一步步走到各种各样的环境。并为步步定制 Babart Shapes Variable 字体，为品牌提供一套童趣且灵活的延展图形。
Babart Nature Gallery is an educational institution where children and parents are guided to explore science and art in nature. The brand originates from the founder's initial intention as a father to learn and create with his children, hence the inclusion of 'baba' (father). Fairfoul suggested to re-interpret “baba” as “步步” (step by step), expressing the idea of exploring the world one step at a time, hence expanding the brand's meaning. The logo features imagery of stairs and high ground, symbolizing continuous exploration and reaching greater heights. The design team created a variable font for the brand logo and logotype, allowing the brand visuals to adapt to all kind of aspect ratios according to application, while reflecting the journey into various environments. Furthermore, Fairfoul designed Babart Shapes Variable for Babart as a set of playful and versatile graphic elements that can be used as graphic devices, illustration elements and even more.
